Politics aside…I abhor MAGA extremism; I’m a Libertarian (definitely not liberal); this situation makes me sick. Let this man go home. This atrocity is incomprehensible to any true blood American. I’m sick upon reading his story. I support you Brian, commend you, and will fight for you.

I want Brian Kolfage and anyone associated with We Build the Wall pardoned and released on January 20, 2025. Praying for miraculous change.
Hoping you will have an update for us soon about Brian's condition and when he will be released. Have written to Brian in December and supported his commissary. Our Women of Faith have been praying for his health and for a compassionate release or a pardon so he can get the medical care he needs. This is so wrong and no way to treat a Purple Heart veteran. Hoping to hear soon. Glad that you are doing better.
Curious -- to say nothing of disappointing -- that President Trump (in his first term) pardoned Bannon -- but not Brian Kolfage or any other principals convicted and/or incarcerated in this case of naked and cruel lawfare.
I honestly don t understand why Trump didn’t pardon him first thing! It makes me very upset! He did the J 6 ers right away. Why not this man who is a hero? Makes no sense to me! This man should not be in jail! It’s disgusting to me how corrupt these judges have become . Our court systems are corrupt! Trump needs to do this ASAP!

Brian told me he didn't want a pardon. He wanted to fight it in court and prove his innocence. He got railroaded by the leftists, tho.
I had thought that a person had to be convicted before they got pardoned, but Biden proved me wrong.
I hear ya. I believe a pardon protects persons from being punished by feds regardless of conviction status. I'm not a lawyer tho, lol.
